Parisian Artist, Marylou Faure recently caught my attention after seeing a promo for her new exhibit ‘Nobody’s Baby’ —an intimate exploration of femininity which celebrates body-confident, independent women. Everything about the description I adored, but I also really like her personal style. She uses bold, bright colors in her images to bring a certain power to the women she portrays. And after looking at her other work, I really enjoy her fun, and bold use of color to not only evoke certain feelings, but to give a stark sense of contrast to how women are usually portrayed in art.
